Pair Vintage Western Cowboy Silver Overlay Marked McCHESNEY SPURS 1890-1928

  

The shiny places in the pictures are glare from the lights. In used condition with wear & age spots, light surface rust in places & one rowel doesn't turn as its frozen.

Didn't want to force it, probably needs to soaked in oil. Nicely detailed with a silver overlay design on one side shank, rowel side, & strap button. Each one is approx 4 5/8" long x 3" wide. Marked on both of the shanks: McCHESNEY (the Mc is hard to read on one). He made spurs from 1890 to 1928.
