VINTAGE 1940s MATCHED PAIR OF KILGORE LONE RANGER HIYO SILVER CAST IRON CAP GUNS

  
Fantastic find, nice vintage pair of Kilgore cast iron Lone Ranger cap guns, in working condition. Grips are embossed witih Hi-Yo Silver and a figure of the Ranger on Silver. Guns show wear due to use and age, one gun is down to bare metal over most of it, both gun need a good restoring. Both need proper cleaning and service. Some surface rust is showing. Guns have been in storage for years. Handles are in good condition. One Gun may have oil residue, as I did spray some WD 40 in it because the trigger/hammer action was sticking. The oil freed it up and is in smooth working action. Great addition for any collection, great pieces to restore.

Guns have a 4 barrel measured back to breach. Guns take rolled caps and breaks forward to load. Please see photos as they will serve as part of my description. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
