These amps are from domestic monaural phono/radio consoles. Cosmetics good considering their age. Suitable for audiophiles or collectors.
Rated at 9 watts output each, but they sound like 15 watts. Output tubes are 6973's. I do not know how old the tubes are but these units have been biased by a professional technician within the last 50 hours running time. Each unit has an RCA female input for signal cables and pair of screws for attaching small spade type or bare wire speaker cable termination. There is a second pair of speaker terminals on the other side of each unit, which I presume to be for lighting in the original console. I have used these little sweethearts with Dynaco Pas-3 and VTL 2.5 preamps and Wharfedale speakers with very pleasing results. I will pack very carefully, with the tubes removed and placed in a separate small box within the carton with the amplifiers.Don't worry, I have done this before.
