Antique button hook made of sterling silver. American made with sterling silver handle decorated with pink guilloche enamel with a picture of a courting couple. Hook is made of steel. Minor wear and tarnish consistent with age. Some rust on the hook. I have not cleaned it. Photos are considered part of the description.
