The sticks have urn shaped sconces to a V shaped column and stepped circular base with felt underside, The Candle sticks are both fully and clearly Hallmarked for Birmingham 1972 with the makers stamp for P H Vogel & Co the inside of the sconces also carry the Hallmark.
