Superb Pair of Vintage Silver 1964 Squat Candlesticks by W. I. Broadway & Co

  
Here for your consideration is a beautiful pair of sterling silver, miniature, squat candlesticks, fully hallmarked, each with a central fixed frame, turned and tapered baluster stems, stepped and ribbed embellishments, moulded to circular stepped and curved bases and made by W. The ornate stylish workmanship and detailing is delightful. A superb pair of silver candlesticks fully hallmarked'B&Co' in a oval cartouche for the W. Broadway & Co with the Birmingham anchor assay office mark, lion passant and the gothic date letter'P' for 1964.

A very impressive pair of silver miniature squat Candlesticks. Considering these delightful candlesticks are 55 years old they're in good original condition with no damage. A couple of minute nicks and some beautiful age-related silver patination, commensurate with age, but nothing unusual.
