Vintage INTERNATIONAL Co. Sterling Silver 3 Light CANDELABRA Pair. 1920-40's

  

Vintage CANDELABRA set by International Silver Co. Nice old Candelabra in Fine condition. Just need a little polishing of some typical tarnish in a few areas. There are a couple of little dents that occurred over the years.

I show the most prominent one in my next-to-last picture.... It's not bad, only approx. There are three other little dings that are very minor and you have to really look to find them. 12-7/8" tall x 12-1/2" wide. The Candelabra set displays great.

The set is the typical weighted type with filler for stability. I have weighed each piece and show pictures of the Candelabra on my Digital Scales. One of the pair weighs 1,322 grams and the other weighs 1,280 grams for a total of 2,602 grams.

That is equal to a little over 83 Troy Ounces. How much of those 83 Troy Ounces are Sterling Silver and how much is the non-silver filler, I just do not know.

I do know that it is a beautiful set that only needs a little polishing or "dipped" to make it great. My last picture shows two other examples of how the pieces can be displayed.

The two base pieces can also be used for a pair of low Candle Holders. The pieces are threaded and screw together nicely. 800 fineness Silver instead of. 925 Sterling that is used in the USA.....
