PAIR VTG 1930's Machine Age Art Deco Chrome & Copper Desk/Table Lamps RESTORED. Classic Art Deco styled pair desk/occasional lamps from the mid to late 1930s. These lamps evidence both machine age and streamline design elements. These lamps have been restored and refurbished and are in excellent working order. All external metal components have been professionally plated in contrasting chrome and copper finishes.

The original turn knob switched sockets have been retained and bulb contacts have been cleaned and polished. All wiring has been replaced with new period reproduction rayon covered twist style cord and appointed with a vintage bakelite plug and new insulator. A new felt has been applied to the underside of each base.

These lamps utilize a standard medium base bulb (not included). It is suggested that an LED bulb be utilized to reduce heat transfer to the metal shade. Approximate dimensions are as follows. Unfortunately, as is typical of lamps from the era, there are no makers marks and provenance has not been otherwise ascertained.
