PURE SILVER CLOISONNE ENAMEL VINTAGE KOREAN WEDDING DUCKS PAIR HALLMARKED. EXQUISITE MATCHING PAIR OF PURE SILVER & ENAMEL KOREAN WEDDING DUCKS.
Presenting an exceptionally fine vintage pair of vintage Korean pure silver and cloisonne enamel duck figurines. Pieces such as these are traditionally given at weddings and are a symbol of marital happiness providing a symbolic blessing of love and loyalty.
Each of these beautifully designed pieces has been masterfully handcrafted in 99% pure silver. Each of the sleekly stylised figural ducks features a vibrant cloisonne enamel design upon its back, wonderfully complimenting the sparkling high grade of silver. The finely worked cloisonne enamel designs feature a pair of delicately toned ducks set atop vibrant tangerine orange and rich blue grounds with striking semi circular patterns balancing the design. Vibrant red enamel eyes perfectly complete this stunning matching pair.
These pieces are presented in very good vintage condition with no dings or dents to the silver and just the tiniest speck of loss to the blue enamel at the end of one ducks body, noticeable only on close examination. This fine pair have been very well cared for and present spectacularly. Each piece is hallmarked to the base with stamped Korean symbols which translate to mean pure silver along with the lettering "AG99". Each duck measures approx 100mms in length and stands 35mms tall. This pair weigh a total of 80.33 grams.
