An awesome pair of (2) vintage silver plate tastevins/wine tasters with inset French 1648 Louis XIV coins. Each taster features the traditional tastevin impressed dips and gadroon, a rope style handle, and a central coin (decorated on one side with an image of Louis XIV and on the other with the French coat of arms). 75"h x 3.5"dia (4.75l with handle). They are in fair vintage condition, with general light surface wear, such as light tarnish, light surface scratches/scuffs, and loss of plating - see pictures.
