Unusual and beautiful 2 candelabras. Silver tone, perhaps silver plated over iron. Very heavy , each one about 6 lbs. I was able to unscrew metal dishes on side arms but not the one on the top (Im assuming that is possible but it was too hard) Nice ornate design. I don't know the age or the maker.
