PAIR VTG Industrial Streamline Machine Age Deco Chrome Sconces c. Dating to the mid 1930's, these vintage cast iron industrial sconces exemplify the spirit of streamlined machine age design. These highly functional fixtures are mountable to face either upwards or down. Each chrome socket pivots on a steel ball, allowing bulb tilt to be adjusted in all directions. These fixtures have been restored and refurbished and are ready for contemporary use.

The cast iron bodies have been professionally chrome plated. Original porcelain push switch socket interiors have been retained and bulb contacts have been cleaned and polished. These sconces utilize standard medium base Edison light bulbs (not included). Approximate dimensions are as follows. Back plate (excluding arm): 6"H X 3.5"W.

Distance between mounting hole centers: 2-3/4. General and critical photos have been provided and are a part of the description for this offering. Unfortunately, as is often the case with period lighting, there were no makers marks or other evidence which might provide an indication of specific provenance.
