Rims are drilled with 32 holes. This is the silver version similar to the Omega V rims.

This set was previously laced into a set of wheels, but were never ridden. They do have a some scratches and shop wear from knocking around a bike shop, one rim is missing the labels. They could be polished out. Otherwise they are straight and in good condition.
